No worries, folks.
After a rather panicked trip to the doctor yesterday, everything is fine.
The bleeding has almost completely stopped, and I still have 36 hours of bed rest left. :)
Doctor says all this is signs of "pre-labor" meaning she could come any day.
But he isn't too worried. He said it would be better if she came no earlier than next week simply because of her size. But he didn't seem concerned, and he kept telling me not to worry.
So I'm not.
It would be nice to wait at least until May.
My mom is scheduled to come on May 15, but since her last final is April 29, she could technically come any time after the 1st.
Her presence here would just make things so much easier for us and for CJ simply because then we wouldn't have to worry about her while we're in the hospital. We wouldn't have to worry about packing clothes and enough diapers. She could sleep in her own bed and eat her normal food. All those things would just make life easier for our whole family.
So I'm really going to try to take it easy for the next couple weeks because I'd really like to wait until then to deliver.
Then again, she could have us all fooled. This little one could be teasing and could decide not to come until her due date. Wouldn't that be funny?
Anyways... time to give CJ a bath before church.
