Not sure if we're getting the duplex now. New loan officer says it might be ILLEGAL for us to have two 100% loans on "commercial" properties.
She's looking into it.
The good news:
B got the raise he was wanting.
AND
GB FINALLY said that I am a "permanent fixture" here at the agency.
