RR called today about the house.
He spoke with the realtor... who spoke with the owner... who wanted to know for sure that we were pre-qualified and had been seriously looking at similar properties for a while now.
RR told her, "They are not currently prequalified, but that will be changing shortly. As for looking around, while they have not been physically looking at houses like this, they have been searching for one almost identical to this for months now."
hehe... smooth...
The realtor told the owner... the owner still wasn't convinced...
The realtor came back to RR requesting more information...
And he said...
"Let me ask you something: Are you a Christian?"
*short pause*
"Yes."
"Well that will have a lot to do with them getting this house..."
He went ahead and told her about the prophecy. He said he didn't tell her everything... but he told her enough...
He said that after he told her, she became really excited and said, "I will MAKE SURE they are able to see this house!"
Praise God!
So... it probably won't be this Saturday because of the owner's schedule, but it should be within the next couple weeks.
