So here are my weight-loss goals:

1. Only ONE sugar item a day (i.e. chocolate, coke, white bread, whatever). This does not include cereal because... well... I'm not sure I can survive without it.

2. Exercise at least three times a week. (This includes the water workout with CJ).

I'm not committing to as much as I probably should. But, for right now, these two things seem like enough of a change. Once they become habit, I will try to add more.
