Wow
So, can I just say that I am really excited about what the Lord is going to do in this 24 hour period?
Even though I am doing it out of obedience, I feel like a Pansie only fasting 24 hours when so many people I know are fasting for the full 40 days leading up to The Call.
BUT
In the past four hours, since I started the fast, I have become almost drunk in the spirit.
I'm tired and achy and hungry... but He has made me raw and open and vulnerable and close to Him.
I usually haven't reach this point until DAYS into a fast.
But this has taken a mere 4 hours.
I'm excited about it.
And I'm letting the waves wash over.
I feel a lot of peace.
And a lot of pain.
Weird? yeah.
But really awesome.
Broken.
I can't wait to leave work.
