One more thing... we showed the duplex to a friend's boyfriend a few days ago. He says if it were up to him, I would DEFINITELY rent from us. He just has to come back to take pictures for his sister who will also be living with him.
If they decide to get it (which he is pretty sure they will), they will pay 5 or 6 months in advance because they pay for housing as soon as their student loans come in.
But... all this to say... he made my week with one compliment...
He opened my hall closet (which I think is a total disaster) and said, "Wow, look how organized you've got it. Trust me, it will never be this organized when we're here."
hehe... see... I do have SOME housekeeping skills. *smile*
